Ibad has 18 years’ of professional experience in providing planning, scheduling, progress monitoring/ tracking and forensic delay analysis services on numerous construction projects, including development/ review of project control documents, planning procedures implementation, preparation and analysis of delay claims by using different methods. Also, worked closely with the expert and solicitor teams on a number of projects. Ibad has been affiliated with owner, consultant and contractors’ organizations in a multitude of countries across the globe. He has a proven experience in projects including high rise, mix use development, residential, commercial, hotel, retail (shopping mall), waterfront development, office space, water treatment plants, utilities, roads, tram, bridges, education, museum, power, oil and gas for up to a contract value of US$ 5 billion.

Legal professional with over 30 years of experience covering a broad range of activity including

international petroleum transactions and operations; supply chain contracting; constructing contracting;

and claims handling and management. Regarded by business units for prompt and practical legal advice,

and sound direction in commercial negotiations. Have participated in or managed multiple international

arbitrations, and worked with various construction contracts and issues including contractual

entitlement, claims quantum, time extensions and negotiation. Have worked on various major oil and

gas development projects internationally as well as with pipeline companies.

​Jawwad has around 20 years’ experience (in Middle East, South Asia and North America) in the on-site construction management for civil infrastructure, heavy civil, airports construction and expansion, power houses, hotels, energy and municipal infrastructure projects. He has an extensive experience as claims consultant preparing construction delay impact claims, expert and executive reports and providing contract advisory to owners, contractors, and legal counsel on multi-disciplined projects, inclusive of civil / architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.   He has been providing claims management and dispute resolution services, in collaboration with its multiple special skills resources across different parts of the world, to owners, developers and contractors and supporting legal counsels for ADR / Arbitration.  

Kamran has 25 years of professional experience in Project Scheduling, Cost Control, Claims Management (delay and quantum) and forensic delay analysis in the multitude of countries. He has also been involved on a number of construction related litigation issues on an international level. His projects portfolio includes a few landmark projects of multibillion dollar value, such as Abu Dhabi International Airport and Moevenpick Resort & SPA and Palm Laguna Residencies (ROYAL AMWAJ) at Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai. In addition to the his bachelors degree in civil engineering, Kamran is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2002 and also affiliated with Institute of Charter Arbitrators in UK.

Owais’s projects portfolio ranges from horizontal and vertical residential, industrial and power projects on an international level, with a broad experience in Civil Engineering and auditing, with specialty focus on project closeouts. Owais mobilizes top tier talent and oversight of high functioning teams to implement, deliver and maintain client focused quality assurance systems on construction projects. He is a qualified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) and also a certified Integrated Management Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018).
