Perform a detailed review of all contract documents, contract schedule, schedule updates, Requests for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Change Orders, Contentious Changes, Relevant Correspondence, Progress Payments and associated data as required for claims handling and assessment.
Preparation, Review and Analysis of Delay and Disruption claims (contractor and owner).
Perform a “Cause and Effect Analysis”, “Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis”, “Cost Assessment Analysis”, "Productivity Analysis" and “Quantification of Damages”.
Prepare either a written claim report to assist the client or a written Expert report.
Presentation of the Claim or Expert report to the client or clients legal counsel, or assist the client in negotiations for a claim settlement.
Contracts risk review.
Change management including preparation, review and analysis of the change orders.
Contract close out documentation including claims and final accounts.
