Trans Mountain is expanding its current 1,150 kms pipeline between Strathcona County, Alberta and Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The expansion, which is approximately 980 kms of new pipeline, will create a twinned pipeline that will increase the nominal capacity of the system from 300k barrels per day to 890k barrels per day. As part of the expansion, 12 new pump stations, 19 new tanks and 3 new berths will be constructed. Expected cost of this expansion is approximately $12.6 billion and currently forecast to be completed in December 2022. The Project value is over $1.1 billion with an overall duration of 5 years. Imagine Consultancy Services is assisting the Client in reviewing and analysis of the contractor’s updated and revised schedules.
The scope of work on the Stouffville Stations project will involve the expansion of the Unionville, Milliken, and Agincourt transit stations in Toronto, Canada, in order to accommodate a second track and platform, as well as a grade separation at Steeles Avenue with a rail bridge and pedestrian bridges to the west and east. The cost of the project is approximately $250 million. Imagine Consultancy Services has been involved in preparing a delay claim for the Contractor.
MDD is a $5.5 billion dollar mix use development designed based on LEED principles, situated in Doha, Qatar. A development of 31 hectares land consists of 110 mix use buildings (High rise buildings, Hotels, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Museums, Water treatment plants, Infrastructure, Tram, School and Automated Waste Collection system). Mr. Ibad Ghani (Imagine Consultancy Services Team member) was appointed by the Owner as a lead scheduler to provide the scheduling and delay analysis services.
DIA expansion project was $5 billion (Terminal 3) exclusively for Emirates airlines consisting of a large footprint of a multistoried Concourse with glass façade, Main terminal building, Automated People Mover (APM), Passenger loading bridges, Baggage handling system (BHS) and Special Airport systems (SAS). The projects included an intricate network of services and a complex interface of architectural components with MEP, SAS and BHS. Mr. Jawwad Waheed has worked at the Project supporting the Main Contractor in pursuing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, claim rebuttals, and handling of the subcontractors claims, and provided contractual advice in relation to the same.
BC Hydro Site C workers accommodation complex is a multimillion dollar project located in British Columbia, Canada. This project consists of a massive, 1,100-megawatt generating station, 757-module lodge complex for 1,700 construction workers including all the lodging and maintenance services required to keep it feeling like home. Mr. Owais Ahmed Khan (Imagine Consultancy team member) represented the main contractor as a Quality Management Professional (QMP) on this project.
Muskrat Falls is a multi-billion-dollar project to build a Churchill Falls Generating Station. Four units will have the capacity of generating 824 MWs of electricity for Newfoundland & Labrador province. The project also includes the construction of intake gates. Osama is offering his project controls service in terms of planning, scheduling, and progress reporting to the customer representative. Currently, the 1st unit has connected to the grid which is 1st major milestone towards achieving the power generation for the province and its people for many decades to come.
